Who We Are

Brandjunction (Pty) Ltd ("Brandjunction", "we", "us", "our") is a South African printing and branding company trading as Brandjunction from 199 Himalaya Dr, Shallcross, Queensburgh, 4079, servicing Chatsworth and the greater KwaZulu-Natal region.

Introduction

Welcome to the Brandjunction website. These Terms of Use set out the rules governing your access to and use of our website at www.brandjunction.co.za (the "Site"), including the online rubber stamp design tool available on the Site. By using this Site, you accept these Terms in full. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use this Site. Continued use of the Site constitutes your ongoing agreement to these Terms.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, Brandjunction and/or its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the content, design and materials published on this Site, including the Brandjunction name and logo. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to view this material for your own personal, non-commercial use only.

The Rubber Stamp Design Tool

Our Site provides a free tool that lets you design your own rubber stamp layout and download it as a PDF. When using this tool:

• Your design (text, chosen font, layout and any logo you upload) is generated and processed in your own browser and is not automatically submitted to us — you choose when to send it to us, for example via WhatsApp or email.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the text, spelling, logo and layout in any design you submit to us for production. Please check your PDF carefully before sending it to us.
• You confirm that any logo, image or text you upload or submit does not infringe the intellectual property, trademark or other rights of any third party, and that you have the right to use it. See "Restrictions" below.
• We reserve the right to decline to produce any stamp design that is unlawful, infringing, offensive, or that purports to impersonate an official body, government stamp, or another business without authorisation.
• A downloaded PDF is a design preview only and does not constitute a confirmed order. An order is only confirmed once we have received your design and you have agreed pricing and turnaround with us directly.

Restrictions

You may not, without our prior written consent:

• Republish material from this Site in any other publication or medium.
• Sell, sub-license or otherwise commercialise any material from this Site.
• Publicly display or perform any material from this Site outside of its intended purpose.
• Use this Site, including the stamp design tool, to create designs that are unlawful, fraudulent, or that impersonate a government body, official, or another business without authorisation.
• Use this Site in a way that damages, disrupts or limits other users' access to it.
• Use this Site in breach of any applicable law, or in any way that may cause harm to the Site, another person or a business.
• Carry out any data mining, data harvesting or similar data extraction activity in relation to this Site.
• Use this Site for unsolicited advertising or marketing purposes.

Certain sections of the Site may be restricted, and Brandjunction may limit access to any part of the Site at its sole discretion.

Orders, Pricing & Delivery

Prices, turnaround times and delivery availability (including free delivery within KZN and courier to other areas) are confirmed at the time of your order and may vary based on product specification, quantity and destination. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding quotation until confirmed by us in writing.

No Warranties

This Site and its content, including the stamp design tool, are provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Nothing on this Site should be taken as professional, financial or legal advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brandjunction, together with its directors, officers and employees, will not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from your use of this Site or the stamp design tool — including errors in a design you submit — whether in contract, delict or otherwise, including any indirect, incidental or consequential loss.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Brandjunction, to the fullest extent permitted by law, against any claims, costs, damages or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, including claims arising from content you upload or submit through the stamp design tool.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision will be removed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.

Changes to These Terms

Brandjunction may update these Terms from time to time at its discretion. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Assignment

Brandjunction may assign, transfer or subcontract its rights and obligations under these Terms without prior notice. You may not assign, transfer or subcontract your rights or obligations under these Terms.

Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Brandjunction regarding your use of this Site and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. You consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts for any disputes arising from these Terms.
